  1. Hi Walter!

I enjoyed reading about the different resources that allow your venture to remain competitive. While you mentioned a few examples of social and financial capital, I noticed that the majority of your resources stem from human capital. This has been the general trend that I have noticed from reading other individuals' blogs, myself included. I believe that experience is definitely a unique resource because as you mentioned, everyone has their own experiences (and consequently their own perceptions on those experiences). Thus, even if two people experience the same event, they may have different realizations and takeaways.

  2. You actually listed real resources, some people listed anything but a resource. You really should have described your valuable, rare, inimitable, and non-substitutable because I wanted to know why. This assignment was a little hard to read because it wasn’t organized, it wasn’t spaced out it was all together. The last few resources weren’t actually resources, like degree in public relations would be education or experience.
